Day 1

Day one of the 30 day Paleo challenge has begun.  The tools have been set in front of you.  It is up to you to pick them up and use them.  

Please remember that we all need to be supportive during this time.  This will be a life changing experience for most of us.  Without support and friendship from one another most of us wouldn't even give this a try.
