CFL owner Mark Izzo hit up the Garage Games at CrossFit Southie this weekend and did amazing!
The Garage Games challenged 110 men to 4 ruthless WOD's in 2 days.
It was a weekend full of burpees, wall ball, rowing, and more for Izzo; who placed 27th overall!!
Great work Izzo, we are so proud!!
