What a great day at CFL.  We had over 37 people participating and helping during the WOD.  Visitors from Yankee CrossFit and CrossFit Strongtown came out to show their support.  We had several first timers and some amazing performances.

The WOD was dedicated in memory to a fallen soldier.  Everyone came out wearing Red in support of Jen Lowniks nephew.  He was three years old and lost his life this past year to child hood leukemia.  His favorite color was Red so we all put some on to show our support.

Our community and support for each other has grown tremendously in just a short time.  Keep up the great work and smiles!
