Look at all the people that made it to Legitimus in the pouring rain to get their WOD on!!
Saturday's class was full of new and old faces alike (not like wrinkles "old", like CFL regulars "old"... not like your faces are regular, they're nice).
Everyone worked out hard on their own level, scaling as needed, and making new friends in the process!
If you know someone who wants to try Crossfit bring them on Saturday, or talk to Jen about working them into a class during the week.
PS... Special shout out to all the competitors who rocked the Open Wod last week!
Just wait for this Saturday!
